Dr. Jean-Francois Orsini, OP, Ph.D., KHS, is the founder and president of the Alexander the Great Personality test.
He has taught management, finance, and business ethics courses at universities in the Washington D.C. area for over 15 years, As a serial entrepreneur, he holds one French and eight US patents, the last being for a device designed to prevent dresser tip-over accidents involving young children.
Additionally, he is the author of several books including "Virtue Based Management", a comprehensive handbook of management, written in a Thomistic spirit and spanning over 400 pages. He graduated from of the French "Grande Ecole", ESCP Business School and earned both an MBA and a Ph.D. from the Wharton School. This unique blend of education equips him with a deep sense of business practicality and the scientific rigor of a doctoral training.
Jean-Francois was born in Vietnam and raised in Morocco and France, holding dual citizenship in France and the United States. His diverse background provides him with valuable insights in the basic human conditions of people around the world.
Furthermore, he is a knight of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem and a third-order Dominican, formerly novice master and prior of his chapter. He takes pride in being the father of six daughters.
