Important

It remained necessary to develop a personality test for professionals based on the Cardinal Virtues scheme! To our knowledge, no such test exists. Therefore, we utilized questionnaire development technology along with our expertise in management themes and issues, to create the content and construct the test.

A key feature of the AlexTest is its thoroughness (some might say it's a 360 degree test) and exceptional balance. The four Cardinal Virtues that form the core of the test- Prudence (Good judgment), Justice, Courage and Temperance, are equally emphasized (have the same scoring). Together they encompass 26 component virtues with 104 questions.

On note: Of the well-known "Big Five" personality test, extraversion, agreableness, openness, and consciousness are included in these 26 traits of the AlexTest.

Please note that a technique was employed to verify the honesty of the responses.
